We’re excited to announce the European screening of A Stone, a Leaf, an Unfound Door: Rwake Live at Maryland Deathfest X at this year’s Roadburn Cinema. A film by David Hall, A Stone, a Leaf, an Unfound Door captures Rwake live at their purest, interspersed with fantastic visuals that manage to kick up the intensity of the performance another notch.
“In true Rwake, fashion we nearly canceled the week before and were flown in last minute, adding to the chaos of the event”, says Rwake’s CT. “As we took the stage, the backstage area was packed full of our closest friends and peers with their arms crossed in anticipation for the performance. This by far wasn’t our best performance musically, but the energy between the band and the crowd was electrifyingly over the top.”
Roadburn Cinema will run for three days from Thursday, April 18th to Saturday, April 20th in the V39 basement across from the 013 venue in Tilburg, Holland.

Lovingly pinched from The Obelisk: While embroiled in the 53 minutes of Rwake’s new album, Rest, you feel every second of the four and a half years it’s been since Voices of Omens came out in February 2007. That record was Rwake’s Relapse Records debut, and in some ways, the […]
