Oakland’s Saviours have just released their new album Death’s Procession (Kemado Records) and we jumped at the chance to be among the first to premiere the video for the track Crete’n. It’s an ode to the biker exploitation movies of the Sixties and captures the band’s glorious proto metal vibe.
Ever wondered what would happen if you took your favorite Thin Lizzy, Iron Maiden and Motorhead albums, threw ‘em into the bay, dried ‘em over a bonfire and played ‘em backwards? Listen to Saviours and find out!
We are also thrilled to report that Saviours are scheduled to play Roadburn 2012 on Saturday, April 14. Go ahead and make that appointment with the chiropractor for the following Monday: their live show will send you into a total headbanging frenzy!

I agree, better and better! Love the Saviours, and being an East Bay native it was very cool watching this video with familiar locations. Saviours rock, killer video!!!
