So Ted can’t remember the lyrics to this classic song? There’s only a few lines to begin with and knowing it would be recorded and featured on a MCD, he could make the effort of learning them. Unless he was asked to sing on the spot and couldn’t prepare for it, it’s pretty deceiving to see him refer to a notebook when Celtic Frost were supposedly so influential on him back in the day…
I don’t know about you, but if I’d been grounded by an erupting volcano and had to drive like a bat out of hell through 4 countries in order to catapult myself onstage at the last minute, I might need a few cue cards, myself, no matter how well I know a song. Especially if it’s not in my native language. Cut him a break.
